Rugby athlete turned foodie; I truly found my passion for food after retiring from my rugby career. As an athlete, you are taught from the start how important food is to your performance and training and that healthy eating shows in your results.
After my rugby career, I moved to Toronto. “Hogtown” (amazing gem of a city) opened my eyes to the amazing cultures and types of food that were available within walking distance from my apartment.
